   2. Time Management: You should manage your time well, to avoid any kind of a panic situation which may cause stress further. As increasing workload can make you stressed, So time management is important. You should make your daily schedule and follow it properly. Don't postpone your work as it may increase your workload. Do your work on time
   3. Smile: You should face every situation in your life with a smile, which also help you enhance your confidence and decrease the stress level.
   4. Get more rest: As now in this fast moving tech world everybody is in a hurry to complete their tasks as soon as possible, which makes them to work continuously without sleep. Lack of sleep may also cause stress.
   5. Talk to Someone: Talking to someone else may reduce your stress level, as it will divert your mind from the stressful thoughts. Talking to your friends, parents or even with your colleague sometimes can help you to find solutions for your issues.
   6. Follow proper diet: You must follow a proper diet every day, because when you eats well you stays well. There should be a proper intake of every essential in your daily meal.
   7. Exercise: In today's world, lack of physical activity can also lead to a stressful situations, lots of work or hectic schedule can make individual prone to develop stress. So daily light exercises can make them feel better like breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, jogging or cycling are helpful in reducing stress.
   8. Positive outlook or attitude: You should be positive regarding any decision you make. Don't feel negative and be confident about your decision. Stay away from negative people.
